Camilla has such a loyal following that we figured she has something going on. And she does! Spending four days tending to your personal well-being with her on beautiful Pictou Island might be the best thing you do for yourself this year. Whether in mid July or at the close of August, come and enjoy the beaches, the wildlife, and the incredible vibe of Pictou Island while Camilla guides you through yoga and teaches you how to have fun staying fit. The Wooden Tents offer the perfect base from which to explore both the island with a bicycle, and your inner self, with Camilla.

Camilla Oldreive leads group exercise classes at 3rd Degree Training in Truro, Nova Scotia - and is a full-time Lifestyle and Nutritional Coach at Simply For Life, also in Truro - and being a natural leader, she manages both places. She has been teaching yoga since 2015 with a focus on gentle and flow yoga which is where her heart lies. The gentle pace helps to slow down busy bodies and minds, and get into the relaxed flow of Island life! Camilla and her husband, Art, share four grown children who all love the outdoors, camping and hiking! Pictou Island holds a special place in her heart and she looks forward to sharing some gentle yoga and total relaxation with everyone on Labour Day weekend!
